E-2 Visa

The E-2 investor visa offers an excellent opportunity for all those foreigners who wish to invest and live in the United States.

As a requirement to apply for this investor visa, you must be a citizen of a country that has a Free Trade and Navigation Agreement with the United States.

The investment must be substantial and active. Although there are no limits on how much you have to invest, it is recommended to allocate between $120,000 and $150,000 USD; these funds must be irrevocably granted to the business or commercial enterprise. Likewise, the business must generate significantly more income than is necessary only to support the investor and his family.

Visa EB-5

Path to the Green Card

The EB-5 visa is an investor immigration program, administered by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Its fundamental purpose is to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and foreign capital investment.

Unlike other visas, the EB-5 is the only investor visa that sets a specific investment amount and, more importantly, offers a direct pathway to obtaining the Green Card (permanent residence) for the investor, their spouse, and unmarried children under the age of 21.
